What happened to my Third World Media Membership ROKU channel?

ROKU made the unfortunate decision, to sunset support for Private Channels on February 23rd 2022. This decision effects all private channels, including this Third World Media Membership Private Roku Channel.

Why am I being charged Tax?

Due to the U.S. Supreme Court's decision on June 21, 2018 in the South Dakota vs Wayfair case we are now legally required to collect and remit sales tax for some U.S. states that we have not in the past. Previously, internet retailers were required to collect tax only in those states where they had a physical location. The Wayfair ruling dictates that purchases from all online retailers be subject to taxes determined by your state and/or local municipality. In accordance with this ruling, applicable taxes will be automatically added to your shopping cart’s subtotal.

Any order totaling $25 or more is eligible to ship for free via Standard Shipping. Free Shipping applies to Domestic (United States) orders only and the merchandise total must be greater than or equal to $25 after coupons and other discounts have been applied. Note: Certain items may indicate that they are not eligible for free shipping.

How will my items be packaged?

How does Guest Checkout Work?

If you don’t want to create an account or you would rather set up your account at a later time, with guest checkout, anyone can browse, add items to their cart, and make purchases on our sites.

Return Policy?

We accepts returns in certain cases. Please see our Return Policy for more info. VOD purchases are non-refundable, please contact customer service with any issues.

Adaptive Video Playback.

The Third World Media Membership video player will begin playback at the lowest stream rate possible and then based on the your connection, change to the highest stream rate that your connection will support. Conversely, if you connection starts to get slow, the player will switch you to a lower stream rate until your connection speeds back up. All of this is done seamlessly, playback should not be interrupted and changes to the stream rate will not restart playback.

How do I download videos?

The Third World Media Membership site permits downloads at certain membership levels. Please be sure to sign up for a download eligible level in order to download videos. We also offer streaming only options which are great choices for mobile users. If you wish to upgrade to a downloadable level, please contact customer service, as switching a level on the site will not take effect until the level changes at the end of your current term.

What is your Refund Policy?

We do not offer partial refunds for membership fees, your account will remain active until your next billing date at which time it will be deactivated.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We offer a simple cancellation policy. No third party biller to call, no searching through your old emails, for a hidden cancel link. Simply log into you account and click 'My Account'. There you will find a 'Cancel Membership' button. Simply click the button, and fill out a quick survey, and you account will be cancelled on your next billing date. We do not offer partial refunds for membership fees.
